1. Free Version

Lingather offers a free version or free usage allowance so you can test whether the extension works well with your browser, device, and live audio sources before upgrading.

Real-time transcription and translation quality may vary depending on audio quality, background noise, overlapping speakers, accents, names, slang, and the source platform.

2. Online Points Are Consumable Digital Content

Online points are consumed as you use Online mode. Because each point is spent on processing that has already been performed on your behalf, it cannot be returned to us.

If paid Online points have been used, the refundable amount is reduced in proportion to the paid points that remain unused. This applies to the monthly points granted by a Pro subscription and to points bought as a one-time top-up. Free trial and bonus points do not reduce the refund.

Two kinds of points are excluded, and spending them never affects your eligibility: historical free trial or promotional points that may already be in your account, and any bonus points granted to you by our team. New accounts do not receive signup points. Online usage always spends excluded promotional points first where available.

We show this condition next to the payment button before you buy, so you can decide with it in view. Nothing here removes the mandatory consumer rights described in section 9.

3. Subscription Plans

For monthly and annual Lingather Pro subscriptions, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the initial purchase date. If paid Online points have been used, an approved refund is calculated from the unused proportion.

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable unless the refund request is submitted within 48 hours of the renewal charge. Any consumed paid points reduce the refundable amount proportionally.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the management channel shown in your account, such as the web billing portal or the app store that processed the purchase. After cancellation, you will keep access until the end of the current billing period.

4. Online Points Top-Ups

A points top-up is a one-time purchase of consumable content. An unused top-up can be refunded within 7 days of purchase. If some paid points have been used, an approved refund is calculated from the unused proportion.

Purchased points do not expire and are spent only after your free, bonus, and subscription points have been used.

5. Legacy Lifetime Purchases

Lingather Live no longer offers new Lifetime licenses. Previously completed Lifetime purchases remain eligible for review under the refund terms presented at the time of purchase, including the original 7-day request window where applicable.

We continue to honor the purchased product, platform scope, Online allowance, and update terms stated in the original offer. A refund or provider-authoritative revocation removes the corresponding historical access.

6. Technical Issues

If Lingather cannot be used due to a technical issue on your device or browser, please contact us first so we can help troubleshoot.

If we are unable to resolve the issue, we may approve a refund at our discretion, even outside the standard refund window.

7. How to Request a Refund

Signed-in customers can submit a refund request from the Dashboard billing page. You can also email lingather@rockhammerlabs.com with your purchase email and order details.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued through the provider that processed the purchase, including Lemon Squeezy for website orders or the applicable app store. Depending on your bank, card, or store, funds may take several business days to appear.

Once a refund is completed, your Lingather Pro access will be removed automatically.

9. Mandatory Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
